“They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23
I woke up this morning with these encouraging words: Life is hard. There are things we go through that force us to become tired, sad, and feel like there’s nowhere to turn. The Bible reminds us that God’s mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). So, turn to Jesus, who longs to have a relationship with you. Also, Matthew 11:28-30 shows us that if we are weary and burdened, God will give us rest. This verse reminds us that everything is possible with Jesus, and we cannot give up hope.
When you feel tired, focus on the Cross because you will never walk alone. Jesus will always be there to protect and guide you. He will always take you to the right place. As children of God, stay encouraged. We need to keep our strength up and keep going.
Embracing the Power of Prayer
Jesus understands you; He sees what you’re going through, and He sees your pain. Go before Him in prayer: ask Him to help you and hold your hands. If you feel broken and tired, have an honest conversation with Jesus. Let Him know your frustration. Be truthful to your heavenly Father. He is listening to you and wants to help you, but if you don’t ask, He cannot help you.
Even though Jesus knows what we are going through, He wants us to activate our faith by asking. When we pour our hearts into our Heavenly Father, He will sustain us through every trial. Devote time to God and the word of God.
Divine Providence: Finding Comfort in God’s Care
God wants us to come to Him with all our challenges. He says in His word that if the birds are not sowing and reaping and he feeds them, we are not less valuable than the birds. This verse gives us a sense of protection and comfort. Also, it lets us know not to be anxious because our Heavenly Father will take care of us.
“Look at the birds of the air, they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? “(Matthew 6:26).
Furthermore, the Bible states that if we ask our parents for bread, they will not give us a stone. Also, they will not give us a snake if we ask for fish. Jesus made a promise to us that whatever we ask him, we will receive. That tells us that God will not refuse us if we ask Him for something. Come to Jesus and give it all to Him. Tell Him to take all the pain you are going through and use them for His glory.
“Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake?” (Matthew 7:9-10).
Shielded from Distractions: Drawing Near to Jesus
Distractions are wherever we turn in this world. But, when we look at nature, it reminds us of the goodness of God. God’s creation is marvelous. He created everything for us to have a happy, joyful, and peaceful life. Yet, the noise in this world prevents us from enjoying everything God provided. We must avoid distractions and come closer to Jesus. As a result, if we come closer to Him, He will quiet all the noises to keep us safe.
Moreover, we let people around us dictate what we do, and our schedules are complete with activities, and we don’t have time to focus on God. Jesus is able to quiet our troubled hearts and give us peace. We can only achieve this if we allow Him to work through us. We need to start the day and end the day with God. Stay away from things that make the Holy Spirit sad.
“And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption” (Ephesians 4:30 NIV).
Trusting in the Sovereignty of Jesus
Today, trust in the Sovereignty of Jesus because we know He is the King of Kings. He’s the Lord of the Lord. He will not leave you nor forsake you. Trust in him to see you through. Trust in Him to hold your hand. Ask Him to heal your body today and trust Him for financial breakthroughs.
Whatever you’re asking for, don’t give up; it doesn’t matter what it may be. It could be that you are in your childbearing years but unable to conceive; trust in God and don’t feel discouraged because He can make anything possible.
When you feel you are not worthy, I’m here to remind you that it is not true. In God, you are worthy because you are a child of God. He will never forget you, no matter what. Keep the faith up! God remembers and loves you. For those of us who trust in God, we cannot give up.
Embracing God’s Unconditional Love
It is crucial to embrace God’s unconditional love. He loves us so much, and there’s nothing we can do to stop Him from loving us. There are haters all around us. We cannot let them control our lives. No matter what people say, don’t listen to them. Keep your eyes on Jesus. He will guide you when you feel weak and don’t know where to turn.
When time is tough, get on your knees and call on Jesus. Ask the Almighty to hold your hands. Ask Him to help you keep your head high to see the light again. My encouragement for you is never to give up. Keep on striving, and you will see the glory of God. He loves us – died on the Cross for us – cares for us, and knows what we are going through. Keep in mind that Jesus has our best interests at heart.
Conclusion: Trusting in Divine Providence
Jesus knows that the world is not easy. While living on earth, Jesus went through all the trials. He also experienced the same tribulations with the believers. So, Jesus knows our pains, and our situation is not new to Him. He knows it, so I’m asking you to be strong and trust God for a miracle this morning. Trust in God to help you get through whatever you are facing. Trust God to open the closed doors before you.
As you face the challenges of each day, may you find comfort and strength in your faith. Take a moment to reflect on Jesus’ words and God’s Promises. Believe in God’s goodness and know you are worthy and stronger than you think.
